Right of cancellation - Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must inform AVS Agrar-Veterinär Service Dr. Kurzthaler GmbH, Prosseggweg 19, 9971 Matrei in Osttirol, Austria of his decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) stating his name, address and, if available, his telephone number.

The customer may use the following model cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If the customer cancels this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of the cancellation of the contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us AVS Agrar-Veterinär Service Dr. Kurzthaler GmbH, Prosseggweg 19, 9971 Matrei in Osttirol, Austria immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling on your part that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
